About

Martha Pritchard Spear

Martha Pritchard Spear is an expert in non-profit organizations with particular experience in education, the arts and social impact organizations.

Martha focuses on helping small, rural non-profits to grow, build relationships, develop their boards of directors, raise more money, create plans and find efficiencies.

She has lived in the Adirondacks since 2003. Prior to that, she was in Western Massachusetts, Washington, DC, and New York City, working as a professional fundraiser for a wide variety of non-profits and serving on non-profit boards.

In 2015 Martha began consulting in the North Country, and now works with organizations all over the Adirondack region.  Martha is a member of the Board of Education of Lake Placid Central School District, and a past president of the Rotary Club of Lake Placid, among other civic commitments.

She is married and has a 14-year-old child at home who is probably asking for Annie’s mac-n-cheese as you read this.
